Precautions for operating the automatic loading and unloading robots of CNC lathes, paying attention to some details, can make the service life of the automatic loading and unloading robots longer.


  1, safety measures


   Please strictly abide by the safety rules to prevent accidents or injuries.


  The personnel responsible for the protection system and checking check the acknowledgement.


  The circuits related to the emergency suspension are now safely and correctly interlocked in accordance with the corresponding safety regulations.


   When performing protection or inspection work, make sure that the emergency stop switch can be pressed at any time, so that the work of the automatic loading and unloading robot can be stopped at any time.


 2. Usual use and protection of automatic loading and unloading robots


   Prevent non-trained personnel from manually operating, and non-equipment protection personnel from changing the robot's speed and coordinates.


   Prevent the operation of the electronic display screen with gloves.


If the robot needs to be manually controlled due to protection or during the production process, it should be ensured that there are no relevant staff or obstacles on the road scale of the robot. The speed of the robot should be adjusted gradually from fast to slow. Manual operation at a low magnification speed can increase the control and safety of the robot. To prevent mechanical damage and loss caused by excessive speed.


  The gear rack needs to be smoothed regularly to prevent the outer layer from being oxidized


If cables, gas pipes or oil pipes need to be increased due to production demand, please do not twist the cables and pipes into a twist shape, or there may be excessive conflicts with the inside of the drag chain, so as to prevent the appearance of the cables from abrasion and the pipes from breaking and forming internal cores. Exposure to leakage or affect signal transmission.


  3, the operator's attention


   When the automatic loading and unloading robot is started, pay attention to whether the robot returns to the original position. If not, please manually return to the original position and then run the machine. After turning on the main switch of the automatic loading and unloading robot, the engine is robotized when the robot is not in the original position.


After turning on the automatic loading and unloading robot switch of the CNC lathe, check whether the pressing button of the external control box and the emergency stop button of the vacuum pump are pressed. When the stop switch is pressed to take effect, press the start button to start the robot, and the robot will move in a single step. Check the position of the emergency stop switch and click on it. Press reset to let the robot continue to run.


   When the automatic loading and unloading robot is running, the robot is required to stop. You can first press the external emergency stop button, the pause button, and the pause button on the display. If you need to continue to run, press the reset button to let the robot continue to work.


   When the power supply of the automatic loading and unloading robot is closed, the power supply of the robot can be directly closed without pressing the external emergency stop button.
